CASE NOTES

Hackney Dave came to us with an idea that was equal parts provocative and sincere — a child's hand, plaster cast by Dave himself, with a dual message. One side reads peace. Flip it, and it reads f*ck off. A comment on world peace and war, depending on which way you're looking at it.

Dave wanted to turn it into an edition. Neon pink, high gloss, fifty pieces.

We 3D scanned the original plaster cast, capturing every detail of the surface — the soft fingertips, the seam lines, the small imperfections that mark it as a hand-cast object. From that scan we 3D printed the full edition, each piece finished in neon pink high gloss, true to the original cast.

All fifty were produced in Aberdeen and shipped down to London. The beginning of a great working relationship.
